We provide an environment in which all children are supported to reach their full potential. We aim to have regard to Code of Practice on the Identification and Assessment on Special Needs (Department for Education and Employment). We have staff that helps to support parents and children with special educational needs (SEN)/disabilities, and identify the specific needs of children with SEN/disabilities and meet those needs through a range of strategies. We work in partnership with parents and other agencies in meeting individual children's needs, and continually monitor and review the provision and, if necessary, make adjustments.

Our nursery operates an equal opportunities policy. Each child is treated as an individual, and fully inclusive regardless of, gender, race, culture, religion or special needs. We are also committed to promoting equal opportunities in all areas of employment, including recruitment, training and promotion. The knowledge of ethnic minorities and the importance of equality are promoted to all our children and we encourage all children to learn about various cultures. We celebrate both Christian and ethnic religious festivals (state if you wish your child to be excluded).
